Return Policy
We will always do everything we can to completely satisfy our customers. If we fail to meet your expectations, however, we will replace your purchase or refund the full cost of the products in question. Highland Coffees has a 45-day return policy on all its products sold through this website. Returns must be initiated within forty-five days from the date of shipping to the customer to be eligible for refund or replacement. Not all products need to be sent back to receive refund or replacement. If products are returned without contacting Highland Coffees first, you may be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Privacy/Security Policies
At Highland Coffees, protecting our customers' privacy is extremely important. We will never sell, share, or give out any mail or email addresses. All orders placed on our website are secure. Availability and Pricing
Please contact us via e-mail with questions or comments about our current products or those you would like to see us offer in the future. Offerings are subject to availability. Prices may change without notice. Please check our coffee and tea listings in our online store for up-to-date availability and pricing.

Several factors contribute to whether or not we are able to carry a specific coffee or tea, including current availabilty from the origin region, current quality of the coffee or tea from that origin, and the current price. We do not bring in a coffee or tea from a particular region simply to represent that region if the quality is not up to Highland Coffees' standards. When an outstanding coffee or tea from that region is again available at an appropriate price, we will acquire it and make it available to our customers.

Shipping Policy
At this time Highland Coffees ships merchandise only to locations within the continental United States and not to international locations. Highland Coffees does not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. A small discount is provided for most shipments within Louisiana. Methods of Payment
We accept all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

Sales Tax
Appropriate sales taxes will be added to all orders placed within Louisiana in accordance with the Highland Coffees Terms and Conditions.

Restrictions
We are only taking orders over the Internet at this time and all orders must be placed using a credit card.

Coffee Grinding
Highland Coffees will be pleased to grind the coffee you purchase when you specify a grind level at product selection. Because coffee holds its freshness so much longer when it is not ground, however, we strongly recommend that customers purchase their coffee in whole bean form. Gift Shipments
Highland Coffees provides special gift shipments upon request. Information on sending one or multiple gift shipments is available in the Gift Shipments section.
